Scheduling and Reimbursement

At Outside the Lines, we work hard to meet your scheduling needs. Once an appointment time that works with your schedule has been identified, that time will remain consistent based on the recommended frequency of therapy (e.g. once per week, once every other week). In order to establish strong therapeutic rapport, you/your child will work with the same treating therapist throughout the implementation of his/her treatment plan. 

Outside the Lines, LLC is contracted with most major insurance networks. We also have private pay rates and consultation rates. Please contact us for more information as we will assess your needs and develop a payment plan that suits you and your family. 

While our office staff will gather eligibility data from your insurance company at your first appointment, it is strongly recommended that you reach out to your insurance company as well to confirm coverage information for occupational therapy services.
